Talking Threads Custom Embroidery strives to bring you excellence in products and service.

Please note our policies;

One time digitizing fee is $60.00 per design for a chest or cap size design, $150.00 for a large back or jacket or shirt design.  We welcome your pre-digitized design at no charge.

Garments will be ordered with a 50% deposit and a customer signed order approval form.

Minimum order is $100.00.

Please allow a 2-3 week minimum per order to allow receipt of garments.

On rush orders, customer will be responsible for the additional shipping plus a 10% service charge.

We are not responsible for replacing customer supplied garments and will replace decoration only if you are not satisfied.

After you have approved your logo, please allow 1-2 weeks for  embroidery and delivery  of your garments.

Return  Policy:

No returns on custom embroidered garments.

Shipping:

Shipping will be added to your order. Free delivery in the local area

Sales tax:

 Current sales tax will be added where applicable.

Payment:

     Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise arranged. 

 ^{Late payments over 30 days will require a 25% fee.}
